School Transport Guidance

Keeping you all safe and well is our top priority and we've been busy doing everything we can to put additional measures in place, both on board our coaches and our depots to make you and our drivers feel safe.

Face Coverings

We would like to remind parents and students: To minimise the spread of the virus you will be required to wear a face mask or face covering on board the coach subject to certain exemptions.

Enhanced Cleaning

Vehicles are cleaned with a high performance, antiviral solution. Key touch points including handrails, armrests, seat belts and buckles will be cleaned regularly using a high-performance chlorine based antiviral solution. This is documented and a clear audit trail is in place.

Seating Plans

• Seating plans are in place with allocated specific seats (in ascending year groups, front to back, youngest to oldest) for each child.

• Ensuring the same children always sit together will help to minimise the number of contacts each child has.

• Each child has an allocated seat number which is to remain their seat until further notice.

Hand Sanitiser

Children should wash hands wherever possible before and after their journey to / from school. Sanitiser is available on all coaches.
