POL001: Quality Policy

Introduction

Spencer Graham Coaches Limited is committed to implementing a Quality Management System. Our Quality Policy is based on understanding customer needs and striving to provide high quality product and services, which meet or exceed our customer’s expectations. To achieve this commitment, we have a Quality Management System designed to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. This system ensures we maintain the high level of quality and service our customers expect, whilst also improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal business processes.

Objectives

We supplement this policy by setting business objectives and targets that measure the continual assessment of business performance and customer satisfaction. The objectives are set by senior management and reviewed at senior leadership meetings.

· Ensure Spencer Graham Coaches meets the scope set out in MAN-001 Management Systems Manual

· Enhance the overall quality of our service and consistently meet customer expectations

· Maintain effective two-way communication

· Ensure effective management of change

· Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

· Work collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders

Principles

In order to achieve these objectives, Spencer Graham Coaches shall maintain a Quality Management System with documented procedures covering the following:

· Identify risks and opportunities that may affect the quality of our services

· Maintain effective communication, consultation and engagement with stakeholders

· Developing and monitoring performance against quality objectives

· Identification and response to internal or external changes relevant to the services we provide

· Embedment of a continuous improvement process

· To act upon feedback from internal and external stakeholders to improve provision

Policy Review and Maintenance

This policy will be communicated to all employees, reviewed annually and made available on the company website.
